Terms & Conditions
20-Year Warranty – Residential Garages & Home Interiors
Epoxy Garage provides a 20-year warranty to the original homeowner under the following terms:
-
Peeling or delamination from the concrete substrate is covered for as long as the original customer owns the home, up to 20 years.
-
Hot tyre lifting or peeling is covered for 20 years.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and property at the time of installation by Epoxy Garage.
Repairs made under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover staining or discolouration.
It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly remove solvent-based contaminants, including:
-
Oil, fuel, brake/transmission/radiator fluids
-
Silicone-based tyre shine
-
Tar, road grime, diesel, and similar substances
These contaminants can damage the floor's clear coat. For high-use vehicle areas, consider using rubber mats or carpet tiles. Also, avoid silicone-based tyre sprays, which often cause overspray and sling. Instead, use a tyre gel applied with a foam applicator for better control and a low-sheen finish.
10-Year Warranty – Exterior Surfaces
Epoxy Garage provides a 10-year warranty for exterior flake-coated surfaces such as driveways and patios. This covers:
-
Peeling or delamination of coating materials from the concrete for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner at the time of contracting.
Care guidelines and exclusions are the same as for interior surfaces (see above).
5-Year Warranty – Commercial & Industrial Projects
Epoxy Garage provides a 5-year warranty to the original purchaser for commercial or industrial properties, covering:
-
Peeling or delamination from the concrete substrate
-
Hot tyre lifting and peeling
This warranty is non-transferable and applies for 5 years from the installation date by Epoxy Garage.
Care responsibilities and exclusions mirror those of residential projects.
